Little Italy

There’s also Gladstone Village, a 1100-unit development that is planned for 2025. The area is booming with development in anticipation of the Trillium Line LRT station that is currently under construction.
Orleans
There are at least eight community development projects in play across the area of Orleans, just east of the city. This includes the Commons by Glenview Homes, Rhythm by Caivan, Trailsedge and Axis Court by Richcraft, Eastboro by Ashcroft Homes, Spring Valley Trails by Claridge, Avalon by Minto, Provence by eQ Homes and Summerside South by Mattamy Homes. Gloucester, in the south end of the city, is also getting a development kick. The development communities of Deerfield Village 2, Sundance Findlay Creek, Lilythorne, Cowan’s Grove, Findlay Creek Village, and Pathways at Findlay Creek are all ongoing right now.
